- Why flat pricing?
- Per-user and per-envelope pricing punishes you for growing. We charge one flat rate per workspace — Studio is $49/mo whether you're 2 people or 20.
- What kinds of documents can I send?
- Anything you need signed — proposals, NDAs, contracts, agreements, quotes, offer letters, disclosures, and more. Describe it in a sentence and the AI drafts it, or start from a template.
- Is the e-signature legally binding?
- Yes — for the vast majority of business documents. FolioSign follows ESIGN/UETA: intent-to-sign, e-consent, a hash-chained audit trail, and a cryptographically sealed PDF with a Certificate of Completion. (FolioSign isn't a law firm; some document types have special requirements.)
- Do templates count against a cap?
- Never. Templates are unlimited on every plan, including Free — that's the whole point.
