1. Confidential Information

“Confidential Information” means any non-public information disclosed by one party to the other, whether written, oral, or electronic, that is designated as confidential or would reasonably be understood to be confidential.

2. Obligations

  • Not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent
  • Protect it with at least the same care used for one's own confidential information
3. Term
