The seal & Certificate of Completion
Every finished document is a cryptographically sealed PDF backed by a hash-chained audit trail.
The moment the last party signs, FolioSign seals the document. The result is a tamper-evident PDF: any later change to the file breaks the seal and is detectable.
The audit trail
Behind every document is a hash-chained audit trail recording each event — when it was viewed, who consented, who signed, and from which IP and time. Because the events are chained, the record can't be quietly edited after the fact.
Certificate of Completion
Each completed document includes a Certificate of Completion summarizing the signers, timestamps, and verification details. It's attached to the sealed PDF so anyone you share it with can verify the document is authentic and unchanged.
